We plan on seeing the Horror Make-up Show :scared1: and Blue Man Group (if we can afford it:woohoo:)......what are some other must see shows or ones that you would not bother with? We are only planning on two days park to park tickets (staying at HRH).

Thanks!

Beetlejuice Graveyard Revue is must see for me. It has the Universal classic monsters, they sing and dance. Lots of fun. :)

Blue Man Group is AMAZING and well worth the cost imo!

They offer a lot of discount rates as well from time to time. I know that they still have an active college rate of $30 a ticket and they also offer some teacher discounts as well. There are more as well, just have to search around.

Enjoy your trip!

I thought Animal Actors on Location at the Studios was a cute show...it's a little short but if you like animals, you should check it out.

Also...not really a show per se but make sure you find the Mystic Fountain at IOA in The Lost Continent section. He's a riot and fun to watch.

We just got back...We loved BeetleJuice(studios). We did it 2x. I looked forward to the Horror makeup show and left really, really disappointed. The actor showed one trick and the rest was a video of the making of the Wolfman movie. My 8 yr old LOVED the 8th voyage of Sindbad(IOA), so we did that 2x as well. She also loved the Blues Brothers(studios) little show. The mystical fountain in IOA was HILARIOUS too.We sat there with our ButterBeer and just watched for awhile.

We loved the Horror Make Up Show, The Mystic Fountain and over near the Mystic Fountain there are 2 guys stamping out coin necklaces. We thought they did their characters very well! Especially when interacting with the kids.

each day you enter the park, pick up the park guide map.

in it will list the show times that day.

check to make sure when it is and be there about 20 minutes prior.
the shows have different times on different days of the week.

i always check the show times so i know when to stop doing the rides that day. hate to miss some of the shows.

go a tad early to Horror Make Up Show and take your camera.
the lobby has a lot of displays.

also camera would be good to take to the Animal Adventure show.
and Sinbad.
the actors in that show will pose with you after the show is over.

they will be on the ground floor in front of the stage.
beetlejuice also.

We saw the show this past sat and it was prob the best weve ever seen. There were a few new people playing the monsters we havent seen before. A tip to those whove never seen the show before, dont get tunnel vision and watch only what goes on in the front part of the stage. Keep watching the rest of the characters. Theres some pretty funny interactions that go on, between Dracula,(depends on whos playing him) Beetlejuice and Frankie. Wolfman depending on whos playing him does his own thing also.

In October we saw (at US) the Terminator show (we didn't like it), the Horror Make-Up show (loved it) and the Beetlejuice Graveyard review (loved it)

We saw the Make-Up Horror show today and also the Beetlejuice show today. The Beetlejuice show had different actors for all the women's roles than what we saw in October. I guess it makes sense that they have to have more than one set of actors because they do shows 7 days a week.

But one of the cheerleaders (they have a white outfit and a black outfit) the Black cheerleader was really over-weight. It was disturbing that they thought it was ok to put her in that costume. She literally had fat rolls hanging over her tight uniform skirt and had back fat rolls.

The 2 girls we saw in October were both thin girls who could dance really well. It wasn't the same today.

The Mystic water fountain near the Sinbad theater is very cute and funny to watch. The guy who plays him is funny and really quick witted and has snappy come-backs. In October he interacted with my 3 kids for about 10 minutes and I video taped it. Then when he is done with you he squirts you, or tries to. He was never quick enough to get the kids. He would shoot the water and they would jump out of the way.

We saw the Sinbad show at IOA and didn't really care for it.

I saw the Poseidon's Fury little show thing too and wasn't impressed with it much. It had a few neat special effects like at the end when the wall disappears. Look around and try to figure out where it went. It's weird.

We saw the Beetlejuice show a few times last week, and I noticed that the heavier black cheerleader was used when the Bride of Frankenstein had a "weaker" singing voice. The heavier girl had an excellent voice and I noticed that she carried most of the female vocals when she was there.WE had 2 different sets of actors. The only one who was the same for both shows was Dracula( my personal favorite).Even the Beetlejuices were different .One was ALOT heavier than the other one too.
