MUST HAVE WDW Holiday Snacks & Desserts??

We are heading down to WDW in 3 days. After watching the Food Channel last night filmed in Disneyland, my mouth is watering and I am wondering where the Holiday snacks and desserts are at WDW. I remember the packaged rice krispie treats found at the resorts but don't know how fresh they are. Beyond that I need a list of MUST HAVE Holiday Snacks & Desserts.

Mickey Gingerbread Cookies. You can get them anytime (had my first this past June from Goofy's Candy Co.) but they would be the perfect treat!
The PERFECT cookie! Super soft, perfect amount of sweet and spice, with his little Mouse Ears dipped in chocolate.
I will be enjoying one in exactly 3 days!

Every night - Minnie's Rice Crispie Treat Christmas Tree - they ran out the last night, so I had the snowman!

Peppermint sundae at ghiradelli's Downtown Disney. I had one 2 weeks ago. You can have it in a waffle bowl. They dip the bowl in chocolate then dip the bowl in pieces of peppermint candy. On top of the sudae they put a piece of white chocolate with peppermint in it. It was sooooo good.

We really didnt care for the GF gingerbread shingles., Couldnt even get the ds to finish it after a bite and I almost thought one of my crowns would break off when I was having some of the holiday nuts at the Osborne Lights. We are leaving on wed. and I am going to try some different things on this trip.

The gingerbread men that they sell at Goofys, Germany and Main Street are the best, they other gingerbread that they are selling at the resorts is gross with a capital G! It is not the same recipe, it is not spicy, mostly they are spongy and just way too sweet

Yes, the nuts have cinnamon on them. I am sorry they give you a migraine, but they are so good & they really add to the smell of Christmas time !!!

A couple years ago, they had eggnog gelato at BC Marketplace in December. I loved it. Don't know if it's available this year though.
