Must have snacks

Not sure if this post belongs in restaurants or theme parks, but here goes. Going to the world next week & we'll be on the DDP for the 1st time. So I'm planning on trying many snacks . Normally we don't do so many snacks because we're usually on the budget plan . So I'd like to hear what you can't live without while you're there. Thanks!

My favorites are the Pineapple Float at Aloha Isle in Adventureland and the funnel cakes at Sleepy Hollow in Liberty Square. When I visited last year, both were considered snacks under the basic DDP. They are not mentioned in snack descriptions in the DDP FAQ on the WDW website this year, but I believe both are still under $4, so maybe they are.

Dole Whips, just can't go to WDW without getting at least one of these. Rice crispy Mickey Heads for sure!

The make your own Mickey Rice Krispie treat at Goofys Candy shop. I'm not huge rice krispie treat lover, but these are really cool. Pick the different toppings and have fun! One word of advice, don't put too many toppings on, as it gets really hard to eat

Also love a good 'ol mickey head ice cream bar

I wasn't extremely proficient at using the snack credits last year, but we got mickey ice cream bars, milkshakes from Dino Bites and several items out of one of the candy shops in Disney Studios (I think fudge, cookies, etc.).

I did not even know about Goofy's and plan to make a trip there for the make your own snack. We're doing DxDP so we get 2 snacks per day and between Dfiance and DD12, I have a feeling they may be used up within 1st part of trip as both of them have sweet tooths.

Yummy! Dole Whips are non-dairy pineapple soft-serve. You can get them plain or in a float with pineapple juice. I LOVE the floats!!!

You must have some popcorn. I know this sounds silly but we always get popcorn. They must put something in it to make it taste so good. And I second the Mickey Bar but just watch out, it's melty!

i see more posts about the dole whip, but i prefer the citrus swirl. frozen oj swirled with vanilla soft-serve ice cream...mmmmm. you can get it a sunshine tree terrace behind aladdins magic carpets in adventureland @ MK.

when i was a CM @ epcot center, i would spend some of my off days in MK. 2must haves i always got - popcorn and citrus swirl...
