Must Get Adr's At 180 Day Mark?

Tomorrow is my 180 day mark and I am wondering if Lecellier is the only restaurant that I really need to get at the 180 day mark? I don't need any character meals or V&A. I am only a party of one. I am still working out my other ADR's since I haven't had much time to figure them out since park hours were released. I will then let AKL CL do the rest of my ADR's next week. So are there any other restaurants that I need to secure at 180 days?
Thanks:)

No, you don't HAVE to. Character meals, signature restaurants, and usually Le Cellier, book up quickly, so any of those should be booked as early as possible. Otherwise, I would try to have everything organized by at least two months prior. Keep in mind, the later you wait, the more flexible you might have to be, but so long as you aren't traveling over a holiday, you should be able to get something good.

I just recently booked my trip from 9/29 to 10/6 for 2 people, and couldn't get a reservation to Le Cellier for dinner at all for the entire week, although lunch was available. I was able to get reservations to everything else I wanted when I booked this afternoon, except the Hollywood Brown Derby restaurant with the Fantasmic package. I could still get a reservation, but the fantasmic packages allotted for it where filled. I'd recommend booking a Fantasmic package early too if you where interested in that.

Also, I don't know if this is 100% true, but my travel agent told me since I was booking a seat for only 2 people I would have more problems than someone with a party of 4 since they have less smaller tables available. I was advised to book asap because of this.

I booked my adrs the beginning of June for my trip next month (4-9). I am going solo and was able to get everything I wanted, at the times I wanted (Cali Grill, Jikos, Chefs de France, Narcooses, Yachtsman).

When my family went in May, we made our ADRs a little more than a month ahead and was able to get everything. We added Crystal Palace two days before we left and had no problems getting in.

It may be just the times I'm going, but so far, I've had trouble getting ADRs.

I've called a couple times to change things and I am 109 days out today and they have always had availability at the times I wanted. I didn't try switching Le Cellier or Chef Mickey's though but everything else was open.

I don't think any restaurant has to be booked 180 days out except the chef's table at V&A. Even Cindy's isn't as hard to get anymore.

Today was my 180-day mark, and I called WDW-DINE around 11am EST -- the 8pm seating for Le Cellier was all booked; I couldn't get a table for two before 9. I said to the CM, "I guess people got up earlier than I did today." She said, "It was probably the 180-plus-10 people." We also had to settle for 8:50 at the California Grill on the night we wanted instead of 8:30. So apparently, some reservations are still pretty hard to get.
