Must full party check-in together?

My Sept 2BR BCV stay is in my name but my parents want to pre-check into BCV several hours before we arrive. Will they be able to do this or must they wait until I arrive?

They would like to get into the room, if it is available, or at least get their card for DDP so they can start using their credits for lunch. We won't arrive until closer to 4pm.

Whoever checks in first may have to pay for everyone's DDP if you're in the same room. What we did is put it all on our credit card and then when the rest of our party arrived they were able to pay with their card and have mine credited for that amount. Other than that, checking in with only part of our party was no big deal.

thank you for that info. My parents were worried they couldn't get it at all or have to pay for the whole thing...but if they can get a credit back on their card, then that would work for them.
