I was all set for the 4 day Wonder in March and now we changed our plans and I am clueless! Can anyone tell me what activities are offered on the 7 day that are not offered on the 4? I would appreciate any suggestions of must do's for a 30 something couple and two girls 9 & 7.

thanks

I haven't been on a 4 day, just a 3 and a 7, but here are a few of the reasons we initially booked a 7 day instead of a 4 day for our first cruise:

Palo Brunch
Palo Tea
Art of Entertaining series
Behind the Scenes series

I think for the little ones there is also a character breakfast on the 7 day only, as well as Tea with Wendy (and I think you need to get tickets quickly for that one). I don't have any kids so I am just giong by memory/what I have read on the boards. Perhaps someone with kids can list more things.

Then Sting Ray City is a MUST! By far the best excursion we have ever taken (we used Captian Marvins) if you want something that will truely feel "once in a lifetime" go for that.

On the seven day cruises, depending on new releases they have movie "premEARS" we saw treasure planet . They also have more shows, don't know if who wants to be a mousketeer was on the four day but my son loved that. The family variety shows are great. (then go back for the adults only ones)

You'll have more time for Palos on a 7 day, and do the brunch. Ditto on Captain Marvins, or any trip to Stingray City. In Cozumel, we caught a cab on our own to Chankanaab and really liked the park and the snorkeling. We rented a scooter in Cozumel - that was a hilight for my DD9. You can do that in KW too.

we have been to Cozumel several times and have done all of the great excursions. this time I think we are going to try out the mini-golf and then have lunch at poncho's.

here are my questions ~
how much is the brunch / tea? are the tickets hard to get? when can i get them?

is the art of entertaining the same as wine tasting? how much is that?

tea with wendy sounds great ~ when are the tickets available? what day is it on a 7 day?

i think that is all the questions i have for now ;) thanks

Art of entertaining series is free, they had several different "courses' I still would love to go to one but have not found time yet-maybe next year. I believe they had a course on horsedeavors, desserts, unforgettable main course, I can't recall them all, they are in your navigator daily and if I am correct take place in studio sea.

Wine tasting is only on at sea days and is $12.00 per person, they do different wines both tuesday and thursday if you choose to do both. We have done these several times and enjoyed them greatly.

Tea with Wendy is also on the sea days. IF I remember correctly it is Tuesday morning that you pick them up. It is in the navigator. Palo's tea and brunch is also a must! I'm going to miss these two on our next cruise!

High tea was one of the highlights of our last Western, and I am really looking forward to doing it again next week!
The teas were awesome...hubby had cinammon and I had chamomile. It is made with real tea leaves and a strainer, not the bags, and it reminded me of the tea my grandma used to make for me. The finger sandwiches were yummy, and the scones were delicious beyond belief! This was truly one of my favorite experiences...I love the Wonder, but the high tea is one of the few things that I prefer about the Magic.
