My in-laws (4 adults) are joining us in Disney World on Sept 15th and 16th. We are going to Epcot on Sept 15 and MK on Sept 16. These are the 2 parks they wanted to see. None of them have been to DW. Me and my husband have twin 4 year old girls who will be with us. We will have about 8 hours in the park each day. What are the must sees and dos of each park knowing that they will probably want to spend as much time with the girls as possible? Thanks!

At MK, I would recommend getting there at rope drop and seeing:
Small World, Buzz Lightyear, Peter Pan, Winnie the Pooh, Cinderella's Carousel, Ariel Under the Sea, Dumbo, (you can meet Minnie, Daisy, Goofy & Donald Duck in the circus tent across from Dumbo), Seven Dwarves Mine Train (if you can get a Fast Pass), Pirates of the Caribbean
Try to see the parade at 3:00pm if you have time
At Epcot, Soarin, Test Track, Finding Nemo, Figment, Frozen Ever After (get a fast pass for this), the Three Caballeros boat ride in Mexico

Want to add that Mickey's Philharmagic is a great short show to see when ride waits get long and you're in search of a break from the heat - same with Monsters Inc, but I'm not sure if your 4-year olds will enjoy it as much as the adults

Goofy's Barnstormer if your girls are tall enough is a great 'starter' coaster

Buzz Lightyear

Enchanted Tales with Belle. The girls will get to participate in a 'play' if selected - its so very cute!

Obviously, different people like different things, even within the same family (my 5yo, for example LOVES the Barnstormer, but my husband is terrified of it).

Our MK must-do's:
  • Tomorrowland: Buzz Lightyear's Space Ranger Spin, Buzz meet 'n' greet, PeopleMover, Carousel of Progress (my youngest napped here)
  • Storybook Circus: Dumbo, Barnstormer, Pete's Silly Sideshow meet 'n' greets
  • Fantasyland: "it's a small world", Mickey's PhilharMagic, Enchanted Tales with Belle
  • Liberty Square: Haunted Mansion (my kids loved it, but it does frighten a lot of children...you can skip the stretching room, which can be the scariest part -- just ask a CM)
  • Frontierland: honestly, nothing in Frontierland is a must-do for us
  • Adventureland: Jungle Cruise, Pirates of the Caribbean
  • Main Street USA: Mickey meet 'n' greet, Festival of Fantasy parade
Our Epcot must-do's:
  • Soarin' (there is a 40" height minimum)
  • Epcot Character Spot
  • Spaceship Earth
  • The Seas with Nemo and Friends
  • World Showcase (in general)
We haven't been to Epcot since they opened Frozen Ever After, but considering how much my kids love Frozen, I'm guessing it will be a must-do for us after we go next month.
