Must do rides for 4 and 8 year old?

Trying to figure out what rides we must hit in each park for our Nov trip.

Were doing 1 day in Epcot, 1 in HS, 1 in AK and 2 days in MK

DS is 8 and loves fast rides and roller coasters
DD is 4 and likes run rides but nothing to fast or scary (loves princesses)

Eight is such a wonderful age where they are ready for the big kid rides, but not too big for the little kid stuff either, Especially when you have a younger sibling, In MK you should have time to ride pretty much what you want unless it is a very busy time. Your older child will love the mountains, and they both should love everything else. While DS rides space m, take DD on the people mover. While DS does Splash, and BTMR, take DD to meet the princess. Everything else do together. At Epcot, DS will love TT and MS where your DD may not. Everyone should love soaring, assuming DD is tall enough. My kids both loved the living with the land boat ride. Spaceship earth and Ellen's energy ride are both fun and your little one will like finding Nemo. Some kids love walking around WS and some do not. Mine did. At AK, the safari is a must do as well as the lion king and finding Nemo show.EE will be a hit with DS, At DS, the two big thrill rides are TOT and R&R. DS may like these.DD may like the shows better here. Back Lot Tour and the Movie Ride are favorites. There is one or two scary monuments in it but mine did ok, even when they were preschool age.
Fantasmic is at HS and is a great night time show, our favorite. My little guy loves the parades as well. His favorite is the one at AK, but it is my least favorite. Your planning is so going to depend on when you go. Make ADRs well ahead of time, and if you have the option of FPplus...plan those out as well. You can split FP and let you DS and one parent use one for say, splash, and the other two use their pass for PP.
