I had my mind blown, because I thought this song was Chicago, but it's Journey. I thought I hated Journey, but really, I was sick of a few songs that they overplayed when I was in junior high. I love how this song has Steve Perry singing, but not all the time. Somehow, his voice is glorious, but better to me in a duet form because then there's more contrast. I've literally been listening to it over and over--probably 5+ times a day, which means I'll get sick of it, just like those junior high songs.

I love older Journey, and Feeling That Way/Anytime is one of my favorites from that era. And I agree--the Greg Rolie/Steve Perry shared leads is cool. They also do that on Just The Same Way from their Evolution album:
