Music at Chef Mickey's

For those who have been to Chef Mickey's, you know that there is a song they play periodically where everyone (including the wait staff) grabs napkins and waves them in the air. Judging by what I remember of the lyrics, the title is probably something like "Celebrate Mickey Mouse" or something like that.

Does anyone know if a recording of this song is available anywhere? I have "The Music of Disneyland, Walt Disney World, and Epcot Center", and have looked at several other CDs, but have never seen this song anywhere.

Similar question: Another tune that is frequently played at Chef Mickey's is a very upbeat version of the "Mickey Mouse Club March". Has anyone here found that version available anywhere?
