Mushroom-stuffed Pasta at Akershus

I had this dish last year and did not like it. The stuffed pasta itself wasn't too bad (nothing to write home about but not inedible) but what I didn't like is that it was drowning in a creamy sauce that was just not tasty at all. It tasted, to me, like the creamy sauce used in some frozen dinners (like Lean Cuisine) -- that's the closest thing I can compare it to.

The previous poster, hit the nail on the head. Pasta was ok in and of itself, the sauce was like a frozen dinner sauce. I was impressed with the appetizer buffet but the menu meals let a lot to be desired. Though DH raved about the sausage.
