Mushroom Risotto

Ok, Dh and I fell in love with this at Tritons on DCL. We are headed to Le Cellier, so someone tell me theirs is just as good? We have been searching for one just as good here, but I can't. We have had some good ones, but not like that time at Tritons.

We haven't done a cruise yet, so I can't compare, but when we had the risotto at Le Cellier it was fantastic, one of the highlights. It was a touch too salty, but other than that, it was very good.

Don't know about on the ship but Palio has a wonderful rissoto.

I have to agree with Forever42. I love the mushroom risotto at Le Cellier. I look forward to it each trip. It is a touch too salty, but still wonderful. Can't compare it cruise since I have never been. I think that you would enjoy!

I forgot about the mushroom risotto at Triton's. I've it at both places and each are delicious!!

Does anyone know if you can order the mushroom risotto at Le Cellier as a meal - I know that it comes as a side dish with the filet mignon. I am not a beef eater - I would love to have it as a meal. I usually have their cheese soup and ceasar salad which is very good - oh - we can't forget the pretzel breadsticks - too die for.

When we had it, I ordered it as an additional side because FH and I split an entree. I'm not sure if/how they would do it for an entree size, but it doesn't hurt to ask. You could always have the side size and an additional appetizer.

That is my favorite food both at EPCOT and on the cruise, and yes they are both very very good....
Whe we went last month, I ordered a salad for an appetizer, then the side spinach, and a side of the mushroom risotto, it was a perfect meal.
