any guys on here know much about bulking up.

im trying to gain a little weight fr football next year.

heres myproblem.

i way 160 pounds, and im pretty strong, but i cant put on a pound to save my life. im looking to put on about 2-4 inches on my arms and 4 or 5 on my chest

i tried protein shakes and that did about nothing.
ive heard creatine works well. buts its pricey.

anyone know anything?.

tips, secrets, info.

You need to work out.
Weights are really good.
If you can, get a personal trainer, that would be the best idea.
And go to a bookstore and buy books on how to use weights properly and stuff.
I have this book with over 200 different ways to use weights for the whole body.


I do yoga, and I'm pretty tank.
I'm not tank just from yoga though, I've been working out for a long time.
You wouldn't think that I'm like that though, because I don't look it since I'm so curvy, yet skinny at the same time.
But I could totally kick someones *** in a fight if I really had to.

I don't know how long you have to do this, but it wont just happen in two weeks, so you need to start as soon as possible if you want it by November or whatever.

1.ahh. but im a guy. i gotta make guy oriented theads. plus i talk to girls to much already, i dont want the guys to get mad and think that im trying to get all the girls.

Haha, no, I don't have huge muscles at all.

I just run and do yoga kind of stuff to get more toned.
But I agree with ace. Just because I'm not big and built-looking doesn't mean I couldn't kick ***. ;)
 
i think is funny how guys and girls are complete opposites.

girls are anerexic and stuff cause they want to way 98 pounds and wear a size 0

but guys are bigorexic (its a real term, google it if you dont believe me) ad eat weight gainy foods, and drink protien shakes, and lift weight like crazy.

haha.
