For anyone considering using them... we used them for our trip this past week (17th - 24th). Terri was at the bottom of the escalator in baggage claim waiting for us. She helped grab the bags off the belt and we got a skycap to bring them to her car. Did the half hour grocery stop, we used every minute of it, she helped out with the bags when we were done. Then we did the picture at the entrance (came out ok, our heads were blocking the word "World" but whatever). I called the night before our return to confirm pickup, and Terri was there the next day within 5 minutes of our pickup time. I'm not sure if she helped w/the bags because I was too busy being mad at dh for losing our refillable mug LOL.
She had the booster seat for my older dd as I requested, and helped her out of the car whenever we stopped. In all it was a positive experience, I have no complaints, and I'd use them again.

All our pre-trip correspndence with them was by email. It was all very professional and very quickly answered. The only person we ever really actually "talked" to was our driver, and he was absolutely wonderful! Very professional. Just chatty enough to be friendly, but not annoying. We've used pretty much every car service out there, and this was our best experience by far.
