Murray Hill or Sunray - like or dislike ?

We are flying SWA in and out of MCO and staying at the Polynesian.
Thanks - it's now time for us to decide upon our transportation

I've only used Sunray for my past four trips and will be using them for my four upcoming trips this year.

Drivers are friendly, safe & courteous. Vehicles are clean and comfortable. They handled all my 'odd' transfers like they were nothing. (5am pick ups; running 30 minutes late at DC; needing to be picked up at the airport 1 hour after being dropped off due to delayed flights). Rates are easy to figure out, no hidden fees, I can add my own gratuity. They provided the same great service in January 06 as they did in July 04.

Absolutely nothing. I highly recommend them.

Personally I haven't heard about Murray Hill, but I can vouch for Sunray. I only used them once, but have them booked for 2 other trips. Roger was wonderful in picking us up and returning us to the airport. Looking forward to seeing him (or Bob) when we land at MCO on 3/1. I had used another service a few years ago (Tiffany) and had a really bad experience. Driver "Do you want help with your luggage?" I had 2 kids, 2 bags, a cooler and carry-ons....Me "Yes, I certainly do". Isn't that what I was paying him for? Roger opened the car doors for DH and I, loaded luggage, unloaded luggage, etc.

used Murray Hill on last two trips - great - clean cars, free grocery stop. Only thing I didn't like on first trip was driver tried very hard to convince me not to use my credit card. I told MH about it and nothing like that on second trip - also, they have a coupon you can use - look on their website - I only paid $80 round trip both times.
