We just returned at 6:15 this evening from 10 days at Universal and Disney.
Murray Hill Car Service picked us up at the airport, took us to Universal for 3 days and then back to POR for the next 7 days and then to the airport this morning.
To be fair, they were there on time and were reliable. However I will not be using them again. When we arrived in Orlando we were picked up in a large SUV. That was fine, there are 4 of us and we had 3 large size bags and two carry-ons. But, the driver was dressed in very casual clothes and was not professional at all!!! Trust me I am not a snob, but I paid a fair amount of money for this and it was like my next door neighbor picked me up.
On our return trip to the airport to come home this morning, a different driver picked us up in an older model Town Car. Ok fine, but he had a large car seat in the trunk and needless to say all of our luggage would not fit. The driver then put the car seat in the front seat of the car between him and my husband! They were like squeezed in like sardines and the rear view mirror was partially blocked. At this point we didn't want to make a fuss, we just wanted to get to the airport to catch our flight.
I just wanted to let everyone know our experience. Maybe it was just a bad day for them, but I will be looking elsewhere for our next trip. I feel for the amount of money we paid, they should have been more professional.
