Murray Hill from Sanford?

We'll be landing at Sanford Dec 1 and am looking for a towncar service. Noticed Murray Hill was mentioned quite a bit lately and was wondering if anyone has used them from Sandford and if their rates on their website are current...thought with the price of gas their rates might have gone up....Also, do they require prepayment for pickup at Sanford? Thanks to all with info....
