Can anyone tell me which studio villas at WDW have a murphy bed vs. the pull-out couch?
And which ones have that small, extra murphy bed for a 5th person?

Is there a list of these somewhere? Or a good website that shows current bed set-ups? (I find that the official site is a bit lacking. And a couple sites I checked weren't very up to date.)

Thanks!

If you are looking for one resort in specific, search that resort on YouTube with room type. There are a lot of room tours, this has been my best option when trying to find something out about a room. Just try to find the most recent room tour too, some are pretty dated

Pull down sofa bed: Saratoga, Riviera, Polynesian, Grand Floridian (Deluxe Studios only), most rooms at Boulder Ridge, about 40% of rooms at Beach Club (it is mid-refurbishment).

Resorts with 5th sleeper in studio: Riviera, Grand Floridian, Boulder Ridge, BoardWalk, Polynesian, Beach Club

Just as a build to @tjkraz’s post, to complete the bed situation across resorts, Resort Studios at VGF and all studios at OKW have 2 normal, non-Murphy, non-couch queens.

I’m pretty sure it’s the studios in the BPK conversion that are called resort studios at VGF that have 2 queen beds + a day bed/sofa. The deluxe studios are in the original building & have a queen bed + Murphy pull down/sofa & small under TV pull down single.

Yes, that's correct for the standard Deluxe studios and resort studios.

We need a handicap-accessible Deluxe which I think all now have the Murphy that comes down over the sofa as well as the below-tv single pull-down bed. Not sure as DH needs a roll-in shower which alters the floorplan a bit differently than the HA tub-shower combo.

Haven't been back since the VGF1 refurb and don't care to stay in the resort studio.
