To all that come to this happy place, welcome. Its time for the next MM!!!
1.Please try and keep in character. I don't mind if you have things
like Cinderella enjoying rock music, or Captain Hook knitting as a
hobby, and so on. What I do mind is things like Dumbo being able to
talk, or Snow White being evil, or something. So minor tweaks on
characters is OK. Major tweaks are a no-no!
2. When playing as your character, start every post you make with
their name. For example "Mickey: I'm sure we're going to have aswell
time today! And if you want to reply back to this person, please
quote and write something like, "Minnie: I'm sure it will beMickey!".
could also start it with a smiley or picture, if it's easier for
you, and maybe even give your posts a different color, to
differentiate you from others. If you're making a post which isn't
made by your character, or you've been killed, then start your post
with OOC, which means Out Of Character. If you're playing as a
character who can't talk, you can post your character's thoughts, but
not have them actually talk. Whether anyone can understand you is up
to the interpretation of others. And if you want to write something
you're character is doing, please write it like, "Flynn: Come on
Blondie, It's time for breakfast! *goes to eat*
3. There will be 1 to 4 murderers in this game. No players will be the
murderers, I will pick a few characters to be the murderers. All
murders will have a clue. The could be as simple as animal fur or as
difficult as "The three willow trees swayed in the wind". Andsince
this is a memorial thread none of the players will be murdered.
Instead I will pick a character that will be.
There will also be "special" murders which don't have an official
clue. These will involve a character, and the clue will be either the
location of the murder, the character, or the weapon involved. In
fact, it could even be all three, depending on how long the game's
been going on for.
4. Instead of having a character be the murderer or the entire World of Disney to choose from,
I'm going to have 20 movies picked out. (which will be announced later)
5. If your character that you want to play again was a murderer,
I'm sorry but you cannot play that character again.
6. In this game I'm introducing a new thing that the murderer will
do. Trap people, or take hostages. They could be trapped for days,weeks, or hours.
You can still talk and bring food or something, though.
7. If nobody's a murderer, then what's happened to the detectives!?
Well, lucky for you, everybody's a detective! Now you don't have to
complain about the detectives not being about and trying to stop the
murders, because you'll all be one! If you think you've found out who
the murderer is, just send me a PM, and you'll find out whether or not
you're correct later on the thread. Just remember to not accuse a
player, because none of them are the murderer!
8. Reporters, you can all jointogether to make a little newspaper
for yourself. So if you want to write about the murders, then you can.
Who knows, maybe we'll be getting fashion tips from Ursula, or a
gossip column from Stitch... I'll take this rule with with Photopass
as well. So if you want to make pictures of your adventures, then
anyone is free to do it.
9. This is a very special MM because it's in a place that doesn't
actually exist. Let's just say this is on a gated hill nearby EPCOT.
10. Another thing that I want to explain is that I don't really want to
miss all the action of being part of this game. So I'm taking my
former character the Ghost Host (elaborate story below) and making him
the host of this ceremony. This means you all can talk with me and
there is no Park Management, he will act as one.
11. Your character is one you'veplayed in the past. The storyline is, this after all the Murders
all around the WDW (and cruise, etc.) and you are all gathering for
the opening for a memorial. Any ideas for memorials are welcome, also
pics for you really creative people. You can talk about your past
experiences and if you knew this person before, you know them now.
Please continue to have the same personality that you gave to your
character before because you all play them so well.
12. You can make references to other MMs because your character is
there to remember. For example, ___: I wonder if ____ is here?
13. The 20 movies that will be picked out are of the past murderers
and some new ones. You have to decide what character the movie is fromand who it is.

Dear Disney Character,
Hello. This is the Ghost Host from the Haunted Mansion. As you may
have already remembered, I was reported dead at the 3rd Magic Kingdom
incident. Well, Im here to explain that and other news to you. First,
the news. There have been multiple incidents at Disney parks since the
summer of 2008. Disney has finally decided that they will construct
memorials for each of these murder mysteries. The memorials have been
built secretly on a hill by EPCOT. Before this is open to the public
though, Disney would like you to come for the openings. You have
either been in one of these incidents or have heard, I assume. Now
about me! As reported I died at the Magic Kingdom just a few months
ago. But ghosts cant die, so to get away from the Mansion and have a
vacation that Disney forbid, I faked my death. I took a wonderful 3
month to Hawii. Then I came back to Disney and the Mansion willing
to continue my life as it was before. When
Disney asked me if I could host the opening of the Memorials and I immediately said yes.
And here we are now! Please reply back if you are would like to come to the opening.
