White Rabbit:
Oh no!
Why would anyone kill Philby? He was nice!
Oh no!

Park Management: Attention guests, we have found the source of the back-up at Splash Mountain. Unfortunately, Philby has been murdered.

His body was found floating in the water. He appears to have drowned. Floating next to him was a tree branch. He will be missed.
Id like to ask everyone to stay together and not wander off alone. Thank you.

(Any Park Guests can answer these for my article)
1. Why do you think Philby was killed?
2. Do you think anyone else will be murdererd?
3. What will you do to protect yourself?
4. A tree branch? Would could that possibly mean?

Our First Character Death.
Park Guests were horrified when the news was sent from the Park Management that a character had been murdered. I talked to a few fellow friends about why they thought Philby was the first to have been killed. Melody had an interesting view of the situation; Maybe he saw something he shouldn't have...? Dory had a totally different thought, Philby? Who's Philby? Could that mean anything? Or is Dory just being the forgetful fish she always is?
When some of the Park Guests were asked about what they thought the clue could mean, I didnt really get any definite answers. Both Giselle and Melody thought the tree branch meant the murderer had something to do with nature. Remy put in his voice also, A tree branch? Well I'm not entirely sure. I don't recall anyone who had come in contact with a tree branch anytime soon. Unless I'm missing something... Unless youre missing something Remy? Or unless youre hiding something?
After not getting too far with the regular Park Guests, I decided to have a try asking a little more experienced characters; The Detectives. I asked them why they thought Philby was killed first, the answers were all pretty much the same thing, Hes smart He knows a lot about Disney He talked a lot. My next question was about the tree branch clue, and what they thought it could mean. One of the detective's responses was, I'm stumped on this one, no pun intended. While another detective gave a little more detail into their response, I think it means that the murderer lives in the woods, or is close to someone who lives in the woods. My final question for them was if they thought there would be a murder pattern, there wasnt much feedback, since theres only been one murder.
If you want my opinion, of course I wouldnt mind sharing. Looking out of my Castle window, to see all the other characters out here with me, Ive thought about the clue- a tree branch. Of course, that makes me think of nature.
Stay tuned for my next article, where Ill be giving you a full blown list of characters and how they could possibly relate to this clue.
