Park Management:: Attention guests:: I regret to inform you that there has been another murder. Philby was killed.

He was found on the Kilimanjaro Safaris ride, trampled of the side of the road. He was killed in a stampede. At first, we called it an accident. We then realized he’d been tied to a fake tree branch made of concrete so he couldn’t avoid being trampled. A note was found near him. It reads:
“4:00, my heart rings
or is it just EA?
It's time to pack my things
for it's that time of day.”
Unfortunately, Philby was a detective, the one that caught Meg. We suspect this is a cruel act of revenge. We will hire another detective to take his place soon, and hope they and the remaining detective can solve these murders!

OOC:: PM me with suggestions for the next detective. It’ll be whoever gets the most recommendations, unless that’s the other murderer.

That's just confusing... Any characters related to 4:00? And does EA stand for something? Pack my things... maybe they're going on vacation somewhere? Very very very hard note clue thing
