Muppets!

Beaker is my favorite! :thumbsup2 I love the Muppet Show at DCA and got my picture taken with him outside the theater. :lovestruc

The Muppets Christmas Carol is my favorite version of A Christmas Carol.

I rented the muppets take manhattan today :D which other ones do you recomend?

I reccomend the Muppet Shows. Many seasons are available. I grew up on the Muppets and watch them with my daughter now and they are much funnier now. It's funny that she knows who Miss Connie Stephens is or Harry Belefante or Mark Hammil. I am a puppetteer and I have always wanted to work for the Muppets. I want to do the ABD to LA so I can tour the Jim Henson studios.

My favorite recent Muppets movie is Ver Merry Muppets Christmas movie.

Beaker is my favorite! :thumbsup2

Beaker is a comic genius! :rotfl:

I was wearing a Beaker shirt when I went to Muppets 3D (that I made with the help of the DISigns board) and the cast members loved it. :thumbsup2

Muppets Treasure Island is good too.

I love the Muppets. I recommend getting the Muppet Show on DVD too. It's hilarious. :happytv:

Jim Henson and Walt Disney, both gone way too soon. :sad1:

the next season is gonna come out soon and its gonna have gonzo on the cover :)

Wat does pupetteering have to do with the muppets? ;) ;) *wink wink*

Here's two websites that'll help you keep up with all things Muppets.

Muppetsnewsflash.com
Muppet.wikia.com

Muppet Newsflash is great for upcoming news such as new shows, DVD releases, comic releases, etc.

The Muppet Wikia is an excellent resource for learning about ALL things Muppets. It can be overwhelming at first.

Now, as for what I recommend you watch...As I see you're a big WDW fan...why not put the Muppets and WDW together into a movie?

Muppets at WDW Part 1
Muppets at WDW Part 2
Muppets at WDW Part 3
Muppets at WDW Part 4
Muppets at WDW Part 5
Muppets at WDW Part 6

We love the Muppets -- Kermit since I grew up with him on Sesame Street, and Beaker because he's so cute and funny!:lovestruc

I love Muppet Treasure Island as far as movies are concerned.

As for the shows... love them. I highly recommend the Carol Burnett episode with the dance marathon. Carol's partner is animal... Its hysterical.

We enjoy the Muppets as well. It's one of our favorite not to miss attractions at DHS.

Did anyone catch all the details of the Muppets attraction announcement at the Expo? Are they making enhancements to the attraction (remastering the film)? I heard they were adding some sort of "Build-A-Muppet" outside the attraction at DHS. Is that true? It would be called "Muppet Whatnot?

I have also heard about the build-A-Muppet and will have to save up some money because I am so doing it. I am not sure if they are changing the film or just restoring it. I have heard of roving muppets-little muppet shows around the park(DHS). It all sounds good to me.

I used to watch re-runs of the Muppet Show when I was a kid and loved it. The Muppets In Space was always my favorite part. They also used to show "A Muppet Family Christmas" on one of the channels when I was a kid and that has to be my favorite Muppet Christmas move/special.

We also used to watch the Muppet Babies on Saturday mornings.

Now that all of the pre-existing rights contracts are starting to expire I am hoping Disney will start putting out some more Muppet content.

I have always loved the Muppets! I remember torturing my older sister with an Animal puppet as a child. :)

I'm really excited about the Muppet What-Not Shop. Build your own muppet? How cool is that? FAO Schwartz used to have this, you pick all the components, body, head, nose, eyes, ect and they custom build the muppet for you. Kind of like a very, very upgraded Build-A-Bear. It's pricey, starting at about $130 a muppet, but it's something I would definitely do.
