how kong is the wait usually? If there's only one theatre and you don't get in for the preshow part, than is wait 1/2 hour?

no wait except you need to wait for the theater to finish before you to get a seat. I think it's a 10-15 minute show.

I've never seen a line in a long time, kind of strange to me that they decided to make the area a muppets plaza.

If you get there at the right time you can walk right in to the theater.

The movie itself is about 15 minutes long, so if you get there just after the doors close, then you'll have to wait for the next showing (so about 15 minutes). I haven't seen a line for the Muppets in quite a while, so I doubt you'd have to wait for more than one movie to finish.

You mean like you don't fit in for the pre-show and have to wait again?

Everyone gets in for pre-show, it's never really full.

Ok that's what I was wondering. The longest wait start to finish would be half hour than I guess if we just miss the pre show part

Most of the time you aren't going to see the entire preshow. Only if you happen to just miss the show that just started.i have poor timing so I've had that happen a couple times.

And this is a "worse case" scenario! Most of the time it will take under half an hour

Typically, it takes us about 20 minutes. We have done the entire pre-show, but we have also walked in just as the theater was opening, making it a 15 minute attraction.

But the thing with the Muppets is even if it is the worst case scenario and you just walked in as the theatre doors are closing so you have to see the entire preshow, you are not going to be bored out of your mind. "It's a salute to all nations but mostly America!" And even if the preshow doesn't start right away, look at all the props above and around you. Lots of puns and things to see. I actually get disappointed if we don't see the entire preshow.
