August 5th (part 1): VIEW spam and leaving property

Mum and moi got up at 8:30 and got ready. I chilled on the balcony for awhile and y’all know what that means. VIEW pics! That’s what I’m here for. You are so welcome.

This is for my twin because of reasons.

Ok, back to the VIEW.

I miss this so much.

Space Mountain was being attacked by birds. I can’t imagine the amount of bird poop on that building.

After we got ready, we got a very quick breakfast at Contempo Café.

Mum got a bagel or something. So not exciting. Like, it doesn’t even deserve a picture.

After that, we had to leave Disney property. Don’t worry, we would be back. But we were getting our washer and dryer delivered so we had to go home. And I wanted to say hi to my baby kitty. And we had to get moi signed up for school.

Once we got home, the guys delivering our washer and dryer came like 10 minutes later.

After that, we headed to the school choice department because I wanted to go to another school that had a lot more programs that I wanted than the one that I am technically assigned to. So we got there and I got approved for school choice!!

The School Choice dudes told us to go over to the school and they could register moi, so we got there and they were just closing. Awesome.

So we headed back to Disney, but first, a stop at the worst walmart ever. It was in Kissimmee aka tourist central. And it was PACKED in there. Everyone goes to walmart on a Monday afternoon?! Seriously.

We had to get a few groceries and then back to Disney it was!​

August 5th (part 2): Splitsville! And the rain came down.

We headed to DTD and found a spot right away near Pleasure Island. For once, there were tons of parking spots open. Thank GOD.

We need to eat here soon.

We headed towards West Side because it was almost dinnertime and I really wanted to try out one place.

Before dinner, we looked around in several stores.

Where we were having dinner!

If you haven’t been to Splitsville yet, you can either bowl, eat, or both. They have about 10 or so lanes on each floor and then tables and such if you just want to eat. We didn’t bowl on this night, since it is kinda expensive and we really didn’t have a ton of time. But I want to bowl at some point! That place is so cool.

We got a table right away. The atmosphere there is awesome.

THE PERFECTION THO.

We were right by the Sushi Bar, which is in between the lanes downstairs. There were not a lot of people there and most of the tables were empty. If you want to bowl and/or eat, go there during the week as I have heard it is PACKED on the weekends with 3 hour waits to bowl.

For Mum’s entrée, she got a salad and she RAVED about it. She was literally in love with it.

I got the firehouse pizza which was really good. This might look like a personal pizza but it was a 12 inch and I could NOT finish it, even though I am pooh sized. I ate about half of it and took the rest to go. It was spicy, so be warned!

After we finished eating, we checked out the merchandise. They have a lot of cool shirts and stuff!

We headed outside and BOOM RAIN.

It started POURING so we took cover under the canopy things right by the Harley store.

Yeah, we were not gonna walk through that.

Then these idiots came next to us and started smoking like two inches away. Like, yeah it’s fine that you are taking cover but REALLY?! So we went inside the Harley store. I could care less about that store, so that was fun. I got on the motorcycles instead. Mum was a poop and wouldn’t take any pics. Weirdo.

I look like a whack job demon.

Once it finally started to let up, we went outside and headed to the Marketplace.

Yeah, that didn’t last long.

We reached Portobello and the rain came down once again. So we hid under the umbrellas outside Portobello and still got soaked. So we basically sprinted to Fulton’s to hide under the canopy. And I looked ridiculous because I was trying to protect my camera from the rain so I had it under my shirt. And was trying to sprint. That was a lot of fun.

Once it actually started to stop raining, we headed to the Marketplace.

August 5th (part 3): Who has swag?! Moi has swag!

We went into World of Disney because I NEEDED that Haunted Mansion throw. Like, needed. It matches my room perfectly.

Me want.

Then we went into Once Upon a Toy and did some pin trading.

This is for my twin.

When we were over by the Duffy stuff, some guy said “Who the HECK is Duffy?!?”

After that, I wanted dessert. So we went over to Ghiardelli to get some ice cream. Yes, stupid ice cream.

We got sundaes. Real crappin’ sundaes.

After we finished eating, we went outside and headed over to Pleasure Island to get our car. But first, OMG. I didn’t know that the new volcano at the Rainforest Café was going to spit FIRE.

I swear to God that is not photoshopped.

But really, it was awesome. And every single time the volcano explodes, everyone stops and is like “OOOOH AHHHH.” It is really cool.

Back to Pleasure Island we went…

We found our car and then headed back to BLT.

For my twin.

We got to the MK sign and OF COURSE, it started raining. And the sky looked really weird. And there was a TON of lightning. AND WE WERE IN THE TWILIGHT ZONE.

We stayed in the car until the rain stopped. It finally did but there was just so much thunder and lightning.

WELCOME HOME!

We went to our room and grabbed some laundry to throw in.

Our lovely door, cause that is very important.

On the way down to laundry, I was in a crazy mood. Sometimes I just get really nuts and Mum just loves it.

I don’t know why, but I made up this song and pretty much sang it for the rest of the night:

Who has swag?!
Moi has swag!

And that was that.

So I sang that for the rest of the night and drove my mother up a wall. I’m perfect like that.

We went down to the laundry room and I took selfies with my camera. Even though this one turned out blurry, it looks like I have mouse ears.

We walked over to the Contemporary via skybridge and moi pin traded and shopped around. I got a Contemporary pin cause that is all they have for CR merch which is disappointing and Mum got some drink coasters.

We went to the Contempo Café and used our mug from like a year ago since Mum brought it from home. They didn’t have Rapid Fill up and ready yet here or at the Wilderness so FREE(ish) DRINKS!!!! OH YEAH!

We strolled back over to BLT and switched over the laundry.

I headed up to the room to get ready for bed before Wishes.

Which was stupid of moi because I had enough time anyways and didn’t have to rush, which is what I did….​

August 5th (part 4): IN WHICH I DIE BECAUSE WISHES AND VIEW OMG.

I was all ready for Wishes. Camera ready. Pajamas on. All set.

The TV was blasting so I could pump in the music.

And then the guy made an announcement on the TV.

“Wishes will be delayed blah blah blah.”

ARE YOU KIDDING MOI RIGHT NOW. I mean, I get there was still lightning and stuff but who cares. If I was going to miss fireworks from our balcony, I was literally going to die and shoot someone because UM VIEW + WISHES = TEARS EVERYWHERE and that needed to happen. Even though I would die. I just couldn’t miss out on that opportunity and Disney did not understand that. And they made it worse by doing the stupid announcement THREE TIMES. So I was like “OH NO!!!!!!!” every single time that guy came on.

It was almost 11 and I didn’t think they were going to do Wishes. I mean, I was SO excited but ya can’t control the weather. And I have to say, the lightning was AWFUL.

BUT THEN THE BLUE FAIRY SAVED THE DAY AND MADE MOI DIE BECAUSE WISHES HAPPENED AND I COULD SEE IT FROM OUR BALCONY CAUSE VIEW AND THERE WERE TEARS EVERYWHERE AND OMG IT WAS AMAZING.

SO I WILL NOT PRESENT TO YOU WISHES SPAM ONCE AGAIN VIA OUR BALCONY CAUSE VIEW.

Is that a unicorn or is it just moi? Probably just moi.

And then I died and everything was good in life.​

August 6th (part 1): THE TEARS THO

We were up at 6:45 on this fine Tuesday morning. We had big plans at MK that morning so it was up and at ‘em. And I basically cried all morning because we were leaving BLT and that view was going to disappear and my heart literally sank. I DIDN’T WANT TO LEAVE!!!!!!!!!!

I was gonna miss this.

I WAS GONNA MISS IT ALL (as you can like see) and Mum basically had to drag moi out of that room. THERE WERE TEARS EVERYWHERE.

I was trying to soak up every last bit of the VIEW as possible, but it just didn’t work/ I DIDN’T WANT TO GO TO MY HOME EVEN THOUGH I LOVE IT SO MUCH. I mean, we are talking about the Wilderness Lodge here people. The best resort on property. But, it does not have a view like that. Add views like that to that resort, and I’ll be all set.

It’s a good thing we were going to MK that morning or else I would’ve been a wreck. No lie.

We headed down to the lobby and checked out but the computers were down so they took our name and were going to email Mum the paper or whatever.

We loaded everything in the car and then headed over to the Contemporary to take the monorail to MK. But first, pin trading had to be done. And I found an AMAZING and AWESOME Cars Land pin. I don’t understand why someone would want to get rid of something like that. Weirdos.

We got to MK and the turnstiles were PACKED. It was lovely.

Down Main St we went…

August 6th (part 2): MERMAID TIME!!!!

We checked into Pirate’s League a little early for my 9:50 appointment. Mum already said what I wanted when she made the appointment but they asked moi when we got there. Probably because I was wearing no makeup and she thought I was five. Seriously, I look like I’m 9 with no makeup. We have been to restaurants and people have asked if I wanted a kid’s menu. I’m not even kidding.

(And just a tip if you are going to Pirate’s League: DO NOT wear any makeup. I am sure they’d be able to wash it off for you but if you go there looking like a raccoon, it would be stupid cause they cover like your whole face and put a ton of eye shadow on).

They probably ask since like little children change their minds 24/7 but I already knew 6 months prior, let’s be real now.

IT WAS MERMAID TIME!

I got called about 10 minutes later and was brought in to sign this book. I was agreeing to be a good mermaid and not a bad mermaid. They aren’t kidding around here, dudes. These CMs act as if they are legit pirates. It’s Disney, come on now.

Melyssa (I think that was how she spelled her name) was my makeup artist and she was SO nice. She was so into her role and she was on her DCP. That would be so cool to work there for your college program. You can also do it at BBB. And then die over how cute all of the little girls are.

If you have never been to Pirate’s League, here are some pics. That place is SO well themed and of course I was dying over that. DISNEY DETAILS!

It is truly amazing in there. It is a little on the smaller side and can be a little squishy, but the theming is just awesome and totally makes up for it.

Mum took pictures while I got my makeup done so I will post those now. You can see the transformation and everything and such, and yeah… So here ya go!

The finished product! The scales were SO COOL. She just used a stencil!

During the whole transformation, you can hear all of the CMs fooling around, and they are so funny. One guy was talking to a kid and asked him what his plans were for that night. This kid was going to Ohana so the CM yelled out “EVERYONE IS GOING TO OHANA TONIGHT!” So basically that place is perfect.

Melyssa did such a great job and I thought it was well worth it. I got to bring some makeup and nail polish home too!

Next we went into this room. I don’t even remember what it was called. But you couldn’t take any pics in there because it was like the treasure room or something, I don’t know. So we waited to go in there and I got my sash and a seashell from a CM I was talking to.

Then Mum and I went into this room. Which is just a way to make more crappin’ money. A photopass photographer took my picture in there and then tried to sell it to us for like thirty bucks. Yeah, I don’t think so.

We paid and then went to the Pirate’s gift shop to take some pics of moi.

I WAS A MERMAID AND Y’ALL ARE JEALOUS.

We then went on Pirates because um, reasons. And when we were getting in the queue, the CM screamed. I was like “what the crap…” I guess mermaids are bad in the pirate world. I didn’t know that… Whatevs.

WE WANTS THE RED HEAD!

We headed into Frontierland next and got a snack at that little bake shop. Moi had a red velvet cake pop and Mum had a peanut butter cookie. THE NOMS.

And you know it is busy when THE DIAMOND HORSESHOE is open for lunch.

Then I went to my third home. It was Haunted Mansion time ♥

After we visited the 999 happy haunts, we used the Tangled Terlets. It was wonderful.
