SO WHAT DOES creme brûlée taste like?! It makes an appearance ALL OVER frump TRs and I am curious.

WHAT IS WRONG WITH FRANCE AND THEIR CHOCOLATE CROISSANTS?! Because as we know, that is where I had my first and only disappointing CC to date.

I really can't explain it. That night was my first time trying it and it tatsed pretty plain. But it was good.
IDK. Like, you would think they would have the best chocolate croissants ever but nope. Other places have MUCH better ones.

I can't deal with empty Main St USA.
But these were decisions I had to make because welcome show >>>

We loved meeting you and your mum!!! I can't believe we didn't do a picture either, like "cheers-ing" our Dole whips but I think we all just dug in so fast!! We will be back for the Halloween party October 20th. Staying at the Polynesian.

Those pics on empty Main Street are amazing!!!! I've never experienced that before, shame you were running late for your ADR or you could've lingered (longer). You took great pictures (as usual!) at the Crystal Palace. I have a picture of myself at age 5 sitting in the entry area with the same floral fabric on the sofas that I believe is still there. Ahhhh nostalgia.

I've been trying to bust out some updates because by the time I am done with this trip, I will have a lot of catching up to do!

August 7th (part 2): Meeting like almost the whole Cinderella family and strolling around Fantasyland

We headed outside…

…and found a quiet spot by first aid because Mum had to call my school to find out if we could come in and register moi the next day. They transferred her to some woman and her mailbox was full. Which happened like three times. Reason for that: It’s Florida.

While Mum was calling, some lady got wheeled into first aid on a stretcher and she had blood all over her face. I hope she was ok!

I am in love with this fountain.

We headed into Fantasyland next and noticed the Fairy Godmother was meeting so we got in line.

This was our view while we waited. I wasn’t complaining.

Oh. HI GOOFY.

She was pretty much awesome.

I went up to meet her and she was so sweet. She asked what we were doing next and I told her we were going to get on Under the Sea: Journey of the Little Mermaid and she said she loved that ride. So yeah. We were basically fangirling over New Fantasyland. Moi. And the Fairy Godmother. NBD.

We got FPs next for UTSJOTLM (that is a ridiculous abbreviation) cause the line was like 50 minutes long and that was not happening.

I saw the stepsisters meeting near the NF walls so we ran over but the line JUST closed so walked around New Fantasyland until they were coming back out.

Pretty view, right?!

Yeah, not so much.
And that is why you need to get a dinner ADR so you don’t have to look stupid at lunchtime with a Disney Golf umbrella waiting for 2+ hours.

We went into the gift shop whose name is escaping moi at the moment and asked the CM in there if Gaston was going to be meeting. No such luck that day ):

We headed towards Pinocchio’s to wait for the stepsisters and they came back in about 5-10 minutes.

…and we talked about makeup the whole time. They were really awesome.

August 7th (part 3): Welcome Home Wednesday at the Boardwalk

We got in the FP line for Ariel and pretty much got right on.

But this queue >>>

Here are several pictures from the ride.

We headed towards Main St and watched the summer trolley show. Which is there every single year. But is limited time magic. Cause that makes sense.

Oh hi pictures that I am so in love with.

We left MK and took the boat back to WL. I pin traded and we got a soda. Then we went up to our room and I changed.

We headed down to the parking lot to get our car and drive on over to the Boardwalk!

And of course our GPS was being such an idiot. THANK GOD for purple signs.

We got to the Boardwalk and basically booked it to the Atlantic Dance Hall.

There were SO many people that we had to push our way through. Ugh, it was so awful.

We were going to the Welcome Home Wednesday thing for DVC members! We checked in and all of that fun stuff and there were no seats whatsoever. We got there like RIGHT when the doors were going to close, and it seemed like everyone got there semi-early. Oh well.

They had some snacks and drinks so we got some and stood near the back.

So they basically have these two people and they bring down guests to play games to win crap. And then at the end they have a raffle or whatever and we didn’t win a thing. It was wonderful.

After it ended, we walked around the Boardwalk and looked in the shops.

The amount of people there was just ridiculous, like I have said.

We headed to the lobby and chilled in the big comfy chairs for a little bit. Those things are amazing.

August 7th (part 4): Cause you can never have too many pictures of the Epcot resort area. And bunnies. And the Wilderness Lodge.

We headed back outside and took the boat to the Yacht and Beach Club cause we are lazy. Yes, I know it is like a two minute walk but still. Our feet hurt so THERE. Actually we are just lazy…

We headed into the Beach Club and went down to the Marketplace.

They had Rapid Fill up and running there.

I was very disappointed.

So we got a cupcake. Which was a bad idea because it was very filling and we were having a big dinner in like less than two hours.

I mean, I wanted a croissant but they didn’t even have them. What kind of crap is that?!

Here is our cupcake. It was yummy. Noms.

After we ate, we headed back over to the Boardwalk via our feet, even though they “hurt.” Burning off calories, folks. And that walk included a lot of picture taking, so there is that too.

So yeah. Pictures. You are very welcome.

August 7th (part 5): The epic food coma of the trip

We headed down to the boat and one literally just left. So we had to wait for another one but we had time so it was all good.

HOME.

Our destination!

We were on our way to dinner when I saw this golf cart. Can you say PERFECTION.

Where we were having dinner on this night! Aka buffet #2 of the day. #poohsized

We checked in but they were just taking walk ups. That place wasn’t very crowded at all. We really didn’t need an ADR but it is better to be safe than sorry.

Our name was called in under five minutes and we were seated like right near where you walk in. Like right across from Crocket’s Tavern to be exact.

Shaun was our waiter and he was very good. It was a very rare occasion because Mum got a drink so he looked at her ID and was like “WOW. I thought you were much younger.” Mum did not have moi at 16, folks. Just to be clear and allllll…

So yeah. The most important part. THE FOOD.

Holy poop nuggets. Trails End is like my new fave Disney restaurant. Well, one of them. THAT FOOD IS SO GOOD IT IS RIDICULOUS. I packed on a lot of carbs this night—and the whole day really—but YOLO.

Let’s just get onto the food porn so we can all drool over the heaven that I consumed on this night. And Mum’s food too. Cause that is just as important.

JUST LOOKKKKK.

I could barely eat anything else by dessert. But I didn’t want to leave red velvet cake, cookies, and ice cream to go to waste so I ate all of that too. After everything I had for dinner. My stomach hurt after from the amount of food I put into my mouth. It was so ridiculous. I left Trails End as a penguin, waddling out into the wilderness. Kinda like Ohana. But not into the wilderness.

Surprisingly I didn’t get food drunk, like I usually do when I eat large amounts of food. Ohana mainly causes that.

Here are some pics of the buffet in general. They really aren’t that great but I didn’t want to get in the way of the people up at the buffet, so yeah. Now drool some more. You are very welcome.

After we paid and all of that fun stuff, we headed over to the Settlement Trading Post to look around. In there, I got a FW pin.

Like, stop.

We were on our way to the boat and I heard someone say “Are you Meg?” and I had think for a second cause I was in a food coma.

It was Kristen aka KristEn87 here on the DIS! We talked for a few minutes and she was really nice. I am sorry I was a little surprised, cause I was! It was my first random DISmeet and I don’t know… I am blaming it on the food. It was so nice to meet you though Kristen! Hope the rest of your trip was great

A boat came a few minutes later to WL and we got on and it was my first time seeing the geyser! You would’ve thought I would have seen it by now.

We headed up to our room for a reason that I will not go into. Let’s just say it was from the food and it is sometimes known as #2……….

TMI, I AM SORRY. WE WILL MOVE ON NOW OK?! OK.

We strolled on down to the main lobby again so I could do some pin trading. Then we went down to Roaring Forks and got a drink and some stuff for breakfast.

I walked ALL the way back to the room to put the breakfast stuff away while Mum waited for moi down at the arcade cause I wanted to get my game on.

I got one of those game card things and played some games, including my favorite, Lil’ Hoops, a little kid version of basketball.

I also played some guitar hero and epically failed at it. I mean, I play guitar but one does not have five fingers to press the buttons like all at once for crying out loud.

I was upset that I epically failed.

I also played the big dude version of Lil’ Hoops. It wasn’t as fun.

After I ran out of point things on my game card, we headed up to the room and got ready for bed. NIGHT Y’ALL!​

August 8th (part 1): Having lunch with a rat. Normal stuff here, people.

We got up at 6:45 on this fine Thursday morning. We had breakfast in the room and then we headed home to check on Meeko and see how she was doing. Then we headed to my high school to just register moi since no one ever calls back.

So we walked in and told them no one ever called us back and I needed to get registered, as school was starting that coming Monday.

“Well you need to book an appointment.”

WHAT. THANKS FOR TELLING US THAT EARLIER.

So we had to make an appointment for Thursday. 4 days after school started. They didn’t even give a crap so MORE VACATION TIME FOR MOI!

We headed back to WL after that ridiculousness.

And went to Roaring Forks and got a s’mores cupcakes cause of reasons. JUST LOOK AT IT THO. IT WAS SO CRAPPIN GOOD.

After we ate our cupcake, I headed back to the room for some reason that I cannot remember and I overheard this conversation:

“Can we take the boat to Animal Kingdom?”

I had no words.

We got on a bus to Epcot since we had a lunch ADR. Of course, we had to stop at Fort Wilderness and then we were on our way, thank God.

Twin, this is for you.

And so is this.

We went into Mouse Gear and HOLY CRAP HALLOWEEN MERCH WAS OUT.

I really should’ve gotten this shirt. It was the only time I have seen it, thus far, and I was in love with it.

We headed outside and made our way into World Showcase.

We went into the Duffy shop for a moment…

I have no clue what is going on here.

We took the Friendship boat over to Morocco and then walked over to France cause we are lazy and it was really hot out. And plus we got to stand in the shade while waiting for the boat.

Here are some pictures of wonderful World Showcase that moi took.

Once we got to France, we checked in for our ADR and we taken in in like less than two seconds.

I literally do not remember our waiter’s name but he was SO good. I had a little trouble understanding him, but he was very nice. He came over a lot to see how we were doing and talked to us for a while. He was great.

Mum and I both got the 3 course meal. We both started off with French onion soup, which was amazing.

For my entrée I got the mac and cheese which was awesome, but SO filling and SO rich. And don’t let this picture fool you. The portion size you get is huge. I couldn’t even finish it.

Mum got the quiche, which she enjoyed very much. It is kind of like the one you can get at the bakery though.

For dessert Mum got the crème brulee and she loved it.

And I got the profiteroles, which were amazing.

During all of this, REMY CAME OUT AND WE BASICALLY DIED. We told our waiter we were very excited to see Remy and he went up to Remy’s “character attendant” and pointed to us and told him we were like dying. Cause we were.

I had my camera all ready when the “character attendant” came over and he was like “Oh you want my picture?!” So yeah. I took his picture.

BUT THE REAL STAR OF THE SHOW NOW EVERYONE DIE CAUSE OF THE CUTENESS LIKE OMG.

I couldn’t handle the cuteness anymore so Remy had to move on.

If you want to see Remy, he only appears at lunch time, at certain times, and on certain days. You can just google or bing or whatever “Remy appearances at le chefs de france” and you can totally find his schedule. You’re welcome.

We REALLY liked Le Chefs and we are so going to be back again! It was a great meal.​
