I just discovered the DIS this past summer and have read your never-ending trip report, your other two TRs and your Mum's cruise TR. I enjoyed them so much! You really capture the Disney details through your photography and I enjoyed the descriptions of your trips, especially the Lunch with an Imagineer and your excitement over meeting Marty Sklar! September 14th (part 1): No animals and lunch at BOG!

We got up a little after 8:30 and waited to see if there were any animals out.

No dice.

Mum was very sad that we didn’t even see ONE giraffe.

We headed down to the Kidani lobby to check out.

Oh look. Animals.

We took the bus down to Jambo and headed to the Mara for some breakfast.

Mum got a Mickey waffle.

And I got a disgusting croissant sandwich.

And that is like the last time we will eat there. Mum felt SO sick after she ate her mickey waffle. And this has happened before there with a flatbread. She was also having some stomach issues if you know what I mean. This lasted off and on for several days after. All because of a mickey waffle. Yes, I know that sounds crazy but RIGHT after she ate that, it wasn’t good. So yeah. Don’t go to the mara.

That wasn’t stopping us though!

Onward to MK!

But first the beautiful window in the Jambo lobby.

On the bus, we helped some people with ADRs cause that is what we do.

Now, we were supposed to meet up with friends on this day. You may remember them from the beginning of this TR. I will call them the Truck Drivers Who Love Ice Cream. That may ring a bell, but we aren’t getting into the ice cream at the moment because of reasons…

ANYWAYS. They were coming down for Friday the 13th JUST for Unleash the Villains. We were supposed to meet up with them at the event, but that went down the drain because I saw pictures on Twitter of the crowds and that wasn’t going to happen. And um FREE MNSSHP. So there’s that too.

They were all mad at us because we never came to Unleash the Villains so we said we would meet them the next day at MK and they kept lying to us or whatever (I can’t even remember) and never showed up. Whatevs. We have awful friends and family.

So that is why we were going to MK.

Let’s move on now…

HALLOWEEN.

GIMMEE.

We headed into Tomorrowland.

First stop was the TTA.

Then we went on CoP.

And we had to experience the 4th of July twice because we got stuck. Good times…

We then headed into Fantasyland to chill in the AC for a few. It was HOT.

After a little bit, we headed over to Liberty Square and Frontierland and looked in several shops.

I KINDA NEED THIS.

We made our way to Main Street to look around in the Emporium for a few before lunch.

This looks familiar…

We made our way over to Be Our Guest and got in line for lunch.

The line looked long but we only waited for about 15 minutes!

Details on the knights.

We decided to sit in the Rose Gallery on this day, and I don’t understand the theming and how it fits into the restaurant. But I could actually see what I was eating for once!

Let’s get onto the FOOD!

I got the French Onion soup, which hit the spot.

Mum got the potato leek soup which she found great.

And then we split the ham and cheese sandwich, which is amazing and has some weird fancy name.

For dessert we both got the strawberry cupcake. That thing is SO good.

September 14th (part 2): POLY FEELS!

After lunch, we headed into Frontierland.

A big FL white bird welcomed us.

I then took some pics over by Splash.

Then we got FPs for BTMR.

We then got in line for Woody and Jessie. I was going to take the picture for the people in front us. They were sending pictures of them with characters to their niece who was potty training at the time—TMI I know—and the pictures were like a good job sort of thing.

So I was all ready to take their picture and the character attendant walked up and like snatched the phone away from moi and took the picture. I was like “WHAT THE CRAP?!” So not cool.

Here is my picture with Woody and Jessie. I look pooh sized, Jessie looks possessed, and the whole thing is just awkward.

Then we went over to the Country Bear Jamboree. I was DYING laughing throughout the whole thing and I noticed a lot of the bears sound like Shugah Bear. You know, from Here Comes Honey Boo Boo….

PERFECTION.

We headed to Main Street after that and just chilled for a little bit. Just doing nothing.

I know this seems like a really weird picture to take, but I noticed a certain shape the stroller was making. Anyone see it?!

I can’t get enough of the window displays.

The Truck Drivers Who Love Ice Cream never even showed up and they supposedly went back to their room but they actually lied to us. I could care less though.

So it was off to the Poly!

First stop: dole whips.

We sat outside and ate heaven.

We then played a few games in the arcade, including air hockey which seems to be our weird tradition every single time we go to the Poly. I don’t even know why. We play like two games and I usually win. Seriously, the game gets heated. It is very intense.

Anyways…

We headed down to the beach and just “relaxed” for a long time. Relaxing for moi though is running around taking pictures so let’s just say we have a lot of those…..

You will see that I am OBSESSED with these lantern light things.

We sat down on a swing and chilled.

September 14th (part 3): Even more POLY FEELS and marshmallows!

I was busy doing this. Awesome, I know.

And here are some more Poly pictures. God, I love that place.

Some CMs came out and brought MARSHMALLOWS and they were FREE so duh, we went over.

I made some new friends while roasting marshmallows. And one of them looks like Max from Catfish so it’s all good.

Mum made some friends too but they were extremely boring.

They were playing some weird music over there. It was like a Christian children sing along. I don’t even know.

We then took the monorail back to MK and then took a bus to AKL since our car was still over there.

We got off at Jambo and I got a snack at the Mara.

We got the car and sadly, we had to go home.​

September 27th (part 1): Back to MNSSHP!

Yes, I know I just wrote about our first Halloween party, but I have like nothing to report on for the weekend after the first MNSSHP because I kinda forgot my memory card at home. In the computer. And the memory cards at Epcot were $40. For 8GB. That wasn’t happening. So yeah. We went to Epcot and Beaches and Cream.

And now onto our 2nd MNSSHP. This was the one we had paid for and the only one we were going to go to, but you know what happened. Two parties for the price of ONE aka BOO YA!

We headed over to MK and got our wristbands for the party and headed on in.

First, we got another SotMK card that we sold on eBay for some big bucks. And the stupid CM explained the WHOLE game to us and I was ready to lose my mind. Like, no.

We then headed over to Casey’s and got our usual for dinner. And LOOK AT THE HALLOWEEN CUP.

After our quick dinner, we walked around for awhile because it wasn’t quite 7 yet.

We bumped into a prince and princess along the way. #dislife

I looked at the pin board in Frontierland and also found this pin. LIKE HOW AWESOME IS THIS.

We then went back to Liberty Square and then over to Fantasyland.

Then we went on the TTA and I guess we went over to Main St cause this is my next picture…? I don’t even know.

And then pretty soon, IT WAS SEVEN AND TIME TO PARTY!

We started out on the treat trail from Space to Storybook and went the right way for once.

We then got in line for Daisy and Donald and oh my god, they were the cutest! I loved them.

After that, we got in line to meet Pooh and Company and it was SO long but we waited.

And then the CM cut the line off RIGHT at us.

And then it started raining.

It was great.

We stuck around and waited to see if we could get through to meet them before they had to go and DISNEY MAGIC SAVED THE DAY!

Like, I needed to meet them.

I was dying.

And then Pooh took Little Mikey and started playing with him. He even brought him over to one of the fake honey pots and made Little Mikey eat honey. THERE WERE FEELS EVERYWHERE.

They were awesome. AND LOOK AT POOH WITH LITTLE MIKEY! AND PIGLET AND TIGGER ARE HOLDING HANDS HOW CUTE IS THAT.

We then went over to Frontierland and took the treat trail by Splash.

The lighting over there was awesome.

It was even better by Pirates!

They had a candy location IN the Tiki Room. Like, how cool is that?!

Then we got in line for Tarzan and GUESS WHO LEFT RIGHT WHEN WE GOT UP FRONT. CRAPPIN TARZAN. Like, THAT WAS THE POINT.

Took this picture before he left. Jane looks terrified. Maybe it is those red eyes but I am too lazy to edit them right now.

And that monkey loved Little Mikey and wouldn’t give him back to moi. You know what you should give back to moi?! TARZAN!

I felt better after we watched HALLOWISHES!

Except it kept getting delayed for some reason and I had a HEART ATTACK every single time they made the announcement. THANK THE LORD it still went on. I would have gone to Ghost Relations and demanded my money back if the most amazing firework show never went on. I’m serious.
