Does anyone have experience with trying to test multiple people with Switch Health's Antigen at home test? We are a party of 6. I have bought 3 kits ( 2 tests in each). It only allowed me to enter my information when I made an account. Do I put everyone else as my dependents ( even though 3 of them are other adults)? Or do I need to make a separate account for everyone/ or a separate account for each test kit of 2? Can we all test on one video call? Just trying to get it all in order for our trip in 3 weeks. Any help is greatly appreciated!

I added 3 kids to my account and my husband did his separate because he was at work on the day of testing. I’m pretty sure you can add whoever you want on to your account. My only glitch was I could never figure out how to sign up as a group. So we ended up doing each of us separately (all on my account though)

I created my ASMO account, but have not been able to get to the point of adding dependants.

When I log into the website, I am immediately asked the question below....

634703

I then say no to that and am hit with the following:

634707

That immediately sends me down a path of answering questions for my return to Canada that has not happend yet.

Am I logging into the wrong spot? where do you click to add dependants?

I have the Rapid Antigen tests to enter the US. When I log into my Switch Health account it has an option along the left side for dependents. It seems to be a different portal than this one that you are showing. Not sure why they are different, but I'm not sure about anything anymore! LOL.

Did you try using a computer? I don't have the same interface on my PC and was able to add my kids without answering any questions

DO you have a screen shot of what you see? Here is how it looks for me....step by step...on my laptop.

  • Go to Website: https://portal.switchhealth.ca/
  • 635093
  • Click "Login"
  • 635094
  • Click "No".
  • 635095
  • Enter username and password and click "GO".
  • 635096
  • Enter security code and click "Go".
  • 635097
  • Click "By air"
  • 635098
etc...

Isn’t each kit only for 1 person? I thought they gave you a second test in the kit in case you contaminated the first one.

I get the same interface up until the security code. Once I enter it, I see this:

Maybe cause I haven't entered my test numbers yet?
Thank you. It is strange that I do not see and left-side menu on my computer at all. I have even tried my cell phone.

Maybe I will create a new account with a different email address and see if it changes the interface.

We are a family of 5. I created an account and listed my husband and 3 kids as dependents. We ordered 3 antigen kits (6 tests) and used 5 of them for our group. They tested us all as a group on the same call. No issues at all other than those QR code stickers are fragile and I had to use more than one of the back-ups.

I just ordered 1 Kit to use for two people ...so you did both under one account? or can I have my mom create her own account, but we both use the same test kit?

We did all 5 under the same account. Just add your mom as a dependent.
