Multiple Rooms with AP Discount?

So, we are traveling with another family in November and I want to reserve them a room at the same resort as us with our AP discount. I know that I can book up to three rooms with my AP discount as long as I'm there too, but how does that work? Is that something you can do online or do I need to call to do it? This is our first time booking multiple rooms with an AP discount and I'm not sure how to do it. Thanks!

I have always called to reserve multiple rooms with my AP rate. Then they’ll all show up on the MDE app. I have not tried to do that kind of ressie online.
