Multiple Rooms at Paradise Pier

Question -
My family has separate reservations at Paradise Pier.
What's the best way to request rooms close to each other?

Do I call the hotel with all 4 reservation numbers?
Disney Travel?

Anyone done this with success?

Definitely call the hotel, then confirm about a week before check in, then again the day before you arrive. Couldn't hurt to call Disney Travel, too, if that's how you originally made the reservations.
