Multiple Room reservations

I have a couple of questions concerning multiple rooms. I own DVC and I want to make reservations for my family. The first part of the trip will consist of 3 studio rooms(3 families including my wife and I) for 2 nights. Then I would like to move to another resort and get two 2-bedrooms, now two families in each.

1. Do I call guest services after I make the reservations and change the names on the 3 studios to the actual people staying in the room?
2. How do they then link a CC and Magic bands to those rooms?
3. How will this all work when we move to the 2-bedrooms?

You can make the reservations online, then send MS an email assigning names to the rooms along with any room requests including "traveling with" the other reservation numbers if you want the rooms to be close to each other.

The MB's can be assigned via each occupants MDE account. Credit cards can be assigned through online check in or at the resort when you check in.

Moving to the second resort is the same as the first resort.

Keep in mind that the more involved with your vacation, the greater the chances of something going wrong. While you may be excited to share your new purchase with others, spreading them out over a couple of years might give you a better chance for a problem free vacation.

I have done it online and also have called MS. I found calling was a lot easier than booking and either adding or changing names. Once you do the travel with if you change the people in the party they have to unlink the reservations. It took the CM several minutes to do it and the names have to match exactly?
