multiple id`s?

I have noteiced recently there have been some odd postings,i.e new poster the reply by new poster.with simalar sounding names or in a same area?anyone elce found this odd?

Sometime's family members join together and have simular name's Paul. But sometimes people create multiple user names for other reasons, stirring up trouble, cheating etc.
