Multiple Dining Plans with Split Stay

Doing a split stay next month with extended family (BCV 2 nights, BLT 2 nights, and AKV 3 nights). I know it's a lot of moving around, but we like staying near the parks we are going to. We'll have 2 studios, but are only planning to get the dining plan for one room and share some credits. If we get the Deluxe dining plan the first leg of the trip, the QS plan the second leg and go back to deluxe at the end, can we use from 2 plans at the same time on the day we switch resorts? We are planning an early breakfast at Chef Mickey's on check out day of BLT with deluxe credits from the AKV stay, but were hoping to do a late lunch the same day at BOG with the QS credits from the BLT stay. Anyone know if this is doable?

Unfortunately no that will not work. Entitlements from the existing plan must be completely used before you can use entitlements from the next reservation.
