Multiple days to which parks?

We are planning a 9 night stay end of January. I know a ton can and likely will change before then but based on what things are like now (which is all I have to go on) I'm having a hard time deciding which parks to reserve on which days and more importantly, how many days at each park. The day we get there I picked Epcot since it is open the latest. We are staying at Bay Lake Tower. The quick, no thought, answer was two days each park but the more I thought about it I'm not sure I can see Animal Kingdom taking more than a day, especially with the current complete lack of shows. I want to take two Hollywood studio days just to make sure we get to do rise of the resistance. If we get some time at Epcot the day we arrive I would think one more day is plenty, thought I do like just tooling around the world show case (but it sounds like not much may be happening their either). Starting to lean towards 1.5 days Epcot, 1 AK, 2 HS, 4 MK? Might just take a resort day for one of the MK days or just hang out at hotel most of day and maybe walk in for a bit if we get bored at the hotel.

We are staying at Bay Lake in Sept for 8 days. 4 of them are MK days because we don't have to worry about getting there. 2 are HS because we are meeting 2 separate parties on different days and they both want to see Galaxies Edge. Then 1 day for AK and 1 day for Epecot.

At the Polynesian for 8 days as we speak. Monorail to Epcot is not running, IMO AK has the least to do, HS has the coolest rides, but so far the longest lines. I'd say MK and HS are must have multiple days, everything else is meh. I'm desperately missing Fastpass right now.

Plan sounds good to me! Until they open up more at Epcot it definitely isn’t what is used to be. The countries are very quiet, lots of shops closed. MK simply has the most to do.

Things could definitely change by January. More things may be open by then

I really like this..
With 3 or 4 days at MK you dont have to push it just hang out or even spend half a day. My family loves resort days but they always end up asking when we are going to the park.. so with this plan you can do both - go to the park then hit the pools.

We had a similar thought process for our (tentative) October trip. We're supposed to move from Universal to WDW on our first day, so chose to do Epcot that day as we will make it there by 11am when they open. We have planned two days at each park, except AK where we'll do one day. We'll do Disney Springs the evening of our AK day.
