Multiple charge accounts on a 2 bdrm res.

My parents and sister will be joining us for their first trip to WDW over MLK weekend. We'll be staying in a 2 bdrm at OKW.

It will be much easier from a financial tracking perspective if we can set up separate room charge accounts... one for my wife and I, one for my parents, and one for my sister... each on our own room keys. Is this supported/allowed?

No, sorry. Only one credit card per room is allowed.

However, each room key has its own separate identifier, so you will be able to see who charged what. If you go to the front desk the evening before you depart, you can each pay for your own charges. Don't wait until check out to do that though, as the credit card used to set up the account will have already been charged. Believe they do that shortly after midnight.

YOU CAN also get a print out of the bill nightly. When we went and took 3 extra teenagers with us I got the bill nightly and identified what everyone owed me for the day. i would then go down and pay the bill. this made it so much easier.

Or you can deny charging privileges to their cards and ask them to pay directly with a credit card/debit card/cash.
