So I'm trying to decide how to go about my scheduling & not sure the best way to go...

On a Monday, I am planning to go DHS to start our day, but we will have just flown in from West Coast the night before, and 10am will feel like 7am, so I'm not trying to do too much too early, and along with that, trying to schedule a couple tier 1 rides, is driving me crazy. lol

Slinky Dog & Runaway Railway, I can't pre-book both, so am I better off, just booking Slinky & Crossing my fingers once I actually get in the park at 10-Noon ish that I'll be able to grab a MMRR slot? (or just schedule MMRR & try for Slinky another day?)

Also, we'll be doing Extended Evening Hours on that Wednesday, so maybe just focus on one for Monday & flip flop it for Wed?

Any suggestions, besides a Premier pass. lol
Thanks

Keep in mind there are decent odds there won't be any SDD spots available 7 days out, it tends to book out pretty quick. Link to see current availability here. Do make sure you are up at 7am Eastern time on your booking day and ready to book on the dot if it looks like it will be available.

I'd get one for Slinky and then just wait in line for Runaway Railway if you can't get a LL.
Yea, that may be the way to go for that day, & book MMRR for the next DHS day, instead of Slinky.

I'm actually using their WaitMagic, so I'm wondering how it'll go, I assume it wont (or cant) even try to book, until I use the first LL at 10am or so. So I'm wondering if there will even be a MMRR available at that point, there definitely wont be a Slinky available. lol

Slinky goes quick and rarely comes back for LL. Slinky always has a huge line even during after hours events. Slinky isnt at DLR like MMRR is, so my advice is put all your cards on Slinky.

Yea, my issue is my GF hasn't been to Disney in like 30 years, so its all new to her. So I'm hoping to do both, but you're right, we'll get to ride MMRR next year in DLR if we don't get to this trip. :)

During our trips I did see the line for MMRR get down to 30 min a time or two and the LLMP lasted a decent amount of time for it also. Good luck!

The only week I’ve ever had an issue booking MMRR day of (assuming you’re flexible for the remainder of the day) is the week between Christmas and NYE. Even during Spring Break we were able to book with some patience 🙂
