Multi-home owners, how are your points distributed?

38.5% BCV (bought for staying in studios and walking to TWO theme parks in just minutes!)
61.5% BLT (added on to give us a Magic Kingdom walking location specifically for stays of 1 - 2 bedrooms for bringing my mother along with us, and also SAP for wherever strikes our fancy)

Will soon be:
16.1 % AKV (wanted a few more BLT points but couldn’t find a satisfactory contract. Happily found a small AKV in my use year that would suffice, plus I love animals and look forward to a few trips here enjoying the low point chart and animal views, and maybe even just staying here without a theme park visit. Also, Animal Kingdom is either my first or second favorite park.)
32.3% BCV
51.6% BLT

I will either split stay every trip (if booking at 11 months) or bank/borrow from each resort, probably. I am thinking of using the BLT contract every other year, and the AKV/BCV contracts on the opposite years since the points are nearly evenly split that way. All same use year. All resale/no blue card.

Selling some VGF to buy more of something else? Or just to dump some points?
Maybe a little bit of both. I'm already starting to see an issue w/ my VGF (resale) not being able to combine w/ RIV (direct). CCV and BWV I use exclusively at those resorts, so not a problem. So debating selling the 200 at VGF and buying 100 or so at POLY so at least I have the option to pair w/ RIV at 7 months.

28.3% Riviera (Direct) for super long lasting direct benefits, direct SAP, and guaranteed Crescent Lake access after 2042
24.5% AKV for the animals and occasional value or club level possibility and SAP+
18.9% BWV for Crescent Lake and easiest dual park walking access
18.9% BLT for the closest Magic Kingdom walking access
9.4% VGC for the occasional Disneyland trip and access to whatever they make with Disneyland Forward

BWV 150 resale fully restricted
SSR 150 resale fully restricted
VGF 150 & 50 both direct

SSR and VGF are my SAPs. BWV I trade out about 75% of the time but might stay there more post-refurb.
