I have a silly question. We usually purchase the resort mugs for our stay. We will be staying at the Poly this time in the concierge level will I need to purchase the refillable mugs for our stay or do we have access to drinks all day and night. Thanks Michelle

Sorry, I can't answer your question, but I thought I'd add a question on my own. Me and my two DSs will be staying at the Shades of Green resorts and will be walking to the Poly to catch the Monorail daily. Can WE purchase refillable mugs, or are they only for people staying at the Poly? Unfortunately, SOG doesn't have the refillable mugs

I have no personal experience with concierge but is the lounge open at all times so drinks are always available to you?

We stayed concierge at WL last May and purchased 1 mug. Although we could have gone to the 7th floor whenever we wanted for drinks it was so much easier to just run into Roaring Forks while at the pool.

We stayed at AKL concierge last month and the drinks there were taken in at 10pm.

We bought one mug at Mara to fill while we were at the pool like the poster above.

I don't see why you cannot purchase & use one. It's good for the one resort during your stay. When I've purchased my mugs, they never asked for resort ID or anything.
