I am pretty sure that the answer is no, but can you buy a resort sticker to get mugs refilled, like the Blizzard Beach ones, or will I have to buy new mugs?I have 12 mugs from prior dining plans (newest style) and am going with 12 scouts in the summer. If possible, I would like to just buy a refill sticker. Do they have them available?

If not, I will spend the $14.50 for each kid and let the mug be their souvenier.

The other concern I have is that staying at The Boardwalk I really feel like there isn't the value in the refillable mugs because it is a hassle to get them filled. Also, I will need tip money, I always tip the bartenders there (they seem surprised) since they are filling it up for us. Not much, usually a quarter a time and I take a couple of rolls with us.

I don't know about filling there, but if that is where you are supposed to fill up and they are selling refillable mugs, I say tough. They should be expecting that and it should not weigh upon your shoulders as being a hassle. You've got to get that out of your head, because I'll tell ya (though you already know) 12 boy scouts will be filling up alot. If the resort doesn't like it, they should put in a refillable station.

They've been about $14.50 for quite a while now (not including tax).

Get them refilled at the bakery. They will hand you a cup of beverage (they won't take your mugs back into the food service area) and you will not feel that you need to tip them.
