Mugs at HHI ?

Are there refillable mugs at HHI ? I didn't think there were, but I've been reading some old posts about them. If so, where are the refill stations??? TIA

They have mugs, but you have to have them filled by the cast members in the two fast food locations. Neither place is open after 5 and the one at the Beach House may not open until lunch time. We purchased them the first year, but haven't in the last few years. We just take a collapsible cooler and take our own beverages to the pool.

Mugs can be refilled after 5 pm by simply asking for a refill in the resort store next to the snack bar. The CM's are glad to do it and it is part of HH's refillable policy from what we were told when we bought the mugs.

7:30 am to about 9:00 or 10:00 pm is not short, IMHO. Obviously, hours vary with the time of the year a little bit, but whenever the snack bar or store is open you can refill your mug.

We are usually there during the off- season, so the hours are perhaps a bit shorter than (or at least, that's what I remember) you have here; the availability of refills is there, but it is certainly different than one of the WDW DVC resorts in how it's setup. I do miss the 'fill your own mug' setup that SSR has... but it is nice to connect to the CMs and say hello when you get your refill, too. They are really nice to chat with

You can fill your own mug at the Beach House now. Also, HH mugs are yearly mugs, so if you make multiple trips, there is a savings there.
