I know I'm coming in really late in the game, and I'm sorry.

But, I am just re-reading Order of the Phoenix (prior to seeing the movie) and something jumped out at me. In chapter 6 (page 116 of my hard cover) the main characters are cleaning out the Order's hideout, the Black home. One of the items listed as debris from a cabinet is "a heavy locket no one could open." It is also in this chapter that we are introduced to the character Regalus Black and his history.

Could that locket the missing horcrux?

I'm really sorry if this possibility has already come up in this mile-long thread. Also, I haven't read HBP since it was released and may have completely lost all clarity of memory about that book's story. I just came across "locket" and it was like a bell went off in my head.

Any thoughts or reaction? Am I so far behind the times that I'm better off just sticking with my re-read?

Yes I definitely believe that the locket at the house was the horcrux. The main question now is where is it? Did Mundungus take it when he took the silver and stuff or did Kreacher hide it away somewhere? I am inclined to think that Mundungus took it and Harry will have to track it down.

Uhhhhh it's killing me only 10 more days I am standing in line at midnight to get it and I am reading all night.

Just got home from the movie. WOW! It was packed! They had four shows going on at midnight. We thoroughly enjoyed it but the movies seem to have more and more cut out of them. I know they have to, but this one definitely was missing a lot. But we still really enjoyed it. Sirius is one of my favorite Harry Potter characters and I really enjoyed his part in this film.

He is so cute! I love the fact that he seems to live a fairly normal life, and isn't making the news all the time like other young stars. Let's hope he continues to not get caught up in his stardom!

I think he's a cute kid, and he's definitely what I picture Harry looking like when I read the books. If I could change one thing, I would have someone thin his eyebrows a tiny bit. I know it's shallow of me to notice, but lately that's all I can see when I see pictures of him. They seem to be taking over the top half of his face.

I don't know if anyone is still up, but Daniel Radcliffe will be on Conan O'Brien in about 20 minutes. I missed him on Jay Leno the other night, so I am looking forward to this interview.
