Mug with Free refills???

Hi,

We are going to stay at DVC GCV!!!! Do they have the resort mug with free refills like WDW resorts??? Just trying to figure if we need to stop and get my diet coke before we checkin. )

As far as I know DH & PP don't offer resort mugs. I'll be surprised if GCV is the only hotel to offer it but with Disney you never know.

I wonder why, when we stayed at WDW last february we thought it was so nice.

I think you should better stop and get your diet coke.

No, the DLR hotels do not offer the mugs.

Thanks for all your help. With the price of a lg diet coke over $3 and no refillable mugs I guess we will be making a groceystore stop before we check in.

They have souvenir mugs, which you *could* refill, but you'd still pay the full price, as they are not officially refillable. Although they do come with the *first* drink in them free, but they are more hot-drink centric.

lol We just got home this morning from 6 days in the park. My mom had to ask every cast member how to get the free refills. Nothing's free at Disney, Mom! lol It was a running joke throughout the week.

Best she found was free coffee refills at one spot on Main Street.

Disney Hotels do offer free coffee in the morning in the lobby.

You can get free soft drink refills at Jazz Kitchen Express in DTD

No, I think you're right and it's only at the DLH. It's definitely not at GCH - but they do have coffee makers in the room (which I hear DLH do not...)

You can ask for a coffee maker in your room at DL hotel. They will oblige.

We stayed at the GCH in Jan 2005 for our honeymoon and they had the mugs at White Water then that you could get free refills on and we loved it and used it over and over and over....the only thing they would not let you get for your free refills were ICEEs
They also had the same thing in Jan 2006 when we went back,
however I am sad to report that in 2007 when we returned we learned that they were no longer doing this so the free refills ended then never to return or at least as of yet

Anyhow just thought I would let you know that they used to have them but I guess decided to stop
