Mug Question

I have not been to WDW for a few years now, so I am a bit out of the "loop" lately. I "think" I remember reading that the refillable mugs are good for life now? Can anyone tell me if this is correct? Can we used old mugs or is it a new mug that you purchase that you can use for life? Or maybe I am wrong about this all together

they might as well be...friggin last week at the beach club someone was using a very very old Wilderness lodge to fill their lemonade...its sad...
More than twice I also saw people using their Typhoon Lagoon mugs filling them at the beach club....
I guess none of the CM's care cause noone ever said anything

Sorry no the mugs are not good for life. What you most likely read was a "April fools" posting.

This prank post said that the mugs were good for life, that you can bring your old mug back and get some sort of chip to show that you "upgraded" the old mug.

It through many people off, but as it stands the mug policy is the same.

"Your mug is good only for the stay in which it was bought on. And at the resort in which you are staying at".

So no old mugs, and just during your vacation. There is a sticky thread at the top of the resorts page with all the info.

Thanks guys, I must have read the "April Fools" post. We have always bought new mugs and will continue to do so.

Gee and some would have us believe that low lifes only stay at the Values!
