Great job Aaron. Hmmm, to be honest, I'm not sure how I breath. It could be that you're taking too much air in through your mouth, and it's drying out your throat. It could also be some pollen in the air and allergies. I think the more you run, the breathing thing will work itself out. Keep at it.I'm back from 1.2 mile run. I didn't stop at all during the run.
I have an interesting problem. I'm noticing towards the end of my run, and especially after I'm done, my throat is burning. I'm not sure if its my lungs or my throat, but honestly it feels like my throat. I could be wrong.
It could be the way I'm breathing when I run. I breath in and out of my mouth. I believe the correct method of breathing is through your nose and out your mouth....Does that sound right? My thought is I'm taking in too much air through my mouth which is causing the burning.
3 miles on the treadmill for me yesterday.
