we can't see their nest and we can't climb in under the deck as it's all enclosed with lattice. Can we bug bomb under there? How do we get rid of them? There's 6 or so of them swarming around when we go out. Thanks for any info.

Gas and a match? :confused3

JUST KIDDING!!!

Try some ordinary bug spray between the boards. The smell won't kill them, but it should drive them away. Of course you'll have to put up with the smell too for a while.

whatever you do be careful!!! My husband got stung over the weekend, and it developed into cellulitis- his dr. has seen 4 people this week with the same condition stemming from wasp stings. Good luck- we're in the same boat-trying to figure out the best way to get rid of them :(

Wait and watch for them to land on the deck or lattice and then nail them with wasp spray. Works for me :thumbsup2 I use the spray that shoots about 20 feet cause I really dislike flying insects.

If you can get the nozzle of a pressure washer through the lattice work, spraying off the nests is the best way to get rid of them. Do it every couple of weeks and they will eventually find someplace else to live.

(That's what my pest control guy told me)

Do it at night when they are all home for the evening, doing it during the day allows those who were out visiting to come back and build again.

I would wait to evening than hit it with Wasp Spray, Streaming kind of Spray and then hit with the hose to deystroy the nest. Keep checking every couple of days to see if they do come back or you didn't kill them all. If possible put some screening behind the lattice to keep the insects and small fury rodents from living under there.
