MSP to DUB w/Paper Ticket from Expedia Question

I purchased my airline tickets through Expedia and was issued "paper" tickets for my trip in Sept. No problems but just wondering why I was issued paper ones instead of just an e-ticket? Anything I should be concerned with? Thanks!

Most likely because it is an international flight.
