Okay so today i've had trouble getting my internet to work, or course i phone telewest and it works as soon as the chap comes on the phone...

Anyway i always use msn explorer which logs me into msn automatically, but now neither will work and in all my wisdom i tried to re download msn and it wont even let me do that, ive tried turning the firewall off running a virus check, im just stuck.... Please someone help!!!

my msn isn't loading properly either emily my internet is fine but msn is playing up

well at the moment im doing a disk cleanup and ive run the virus check again...im sure there is a way to set the computer back to what it was a few days ago, but im not sure how to do it!

I can understand your frustration with telewest we have just changed provider. It would work for a few minutes then it would go again this went on for nearly 3 months and 3 new modems.
