MSEP & Wishes fast pass?

If I get a fp for MSEP scheduled for 9pm which I believe is the flagpole area in town square where the parade starts, how fast can I get to the fp area for wishes once the parade finishes. OR can I get a fp just for wishes and arrive early enough to be in that area when the parade passes by? In other words do I need fp's for both?

2. You can even get there in plenty of time for "Celebrate the Magic" which starts 15 min. before Wishes.
(You can follow the end of the parade down Main St. and step over to one of the Wishes FP+ areas as you reach those areas.)
3, You can do that, if you prefer.
4. The view at street-level of the MSEP is blocked if you are in most places in either of the Wishes FP+ areas.

BTW, there is some recent controversy as to whether they will even continue offering the Wishes FP+ areas. We just don't know. Click HERE.

We have kind of a similar question.
We do have FP for the 7 pm MSEP and wishes at 8 pm.
We will be 2 adults and a double stroller with a 2 and a 3 years old.
We don't care in use them for this attractions but is it really worth?
We are looking for confort and good view.
Will we have enough time to go from MSEP fo area to the wishes FP area considering double stroller?
