So the MSEP is not supposed to be on the last week of February, I think Tuesday to Thursday. Tonight I looked at http://www.thedibb.co.uk/forums/showthread.php?t=835236
And it shows those dates as green and available now instead of yellow for closed. I haven't been able to find anything about a schedule change for these dates. Any here know anything??
