MS Wrong Name on DVC Reservation

We had a name problem with our last October reservation. We had three studios booked. (one came through after a waitlist). I made the reservation two studios one for myself and dh and one for son and his fiance (one for fiance's parents at SSR at first). The whole reservation we found out later was under the fiance's name. I checked in on-line before arriving. When we get to the resort - we were not checked in, yet the fiance's parents were. We also received a nice thank you card after we got home addressed to my son and there was a minor issue with the bill - my son charged, on his bill under my dh's name. We actually found the whole thing funny.

I now need to call DCL - my son's girlfriend is Toni - they must have assumed it's a Mr. because that is how I just saw the email confirmation.

Same problem with our December trip. I am the DVC owner and had 6 people in a treehouse villa, 4 of which have my last name. My FIL's last name starts with B and mine with M. He was listed as the main person for the reservation. I was not even on the reservation by checkin time. They got it all fixed at checkin and the CM and me had a good laugh about Disney IT. What was really frustrating is when the thank you card came it was in my FIL's name. My wife is a big scrapbooker and that would have been the perfect ending to our Disney scrapbook. It really sucks paying for DVC and taking family then they get the thank you card....
