MS Website Booking confusion

I booked a 1 bedroom at BCV and then canceled that reservation and booked a 2 bedroom at BCV August 24 - September 4th.

Now, due to some family drama (grip), I'm wait listed back to the 1 bedroom.

The problem is that the MS website is showing both reservations, so unless I call MS, I have no way of knowing if the wait list came through. MS said that there's nothing they can do about both reservations showing on the site.

Anyone else run into this problem? Any idea how to fix this?

Just call and make sure MS has it correct on their end. I too had some issues show up in my online listing, but when I called, they assured me they had it correct. The trip has already occurred, and they did indeed have it correct.
